NXG Truck Bodies ("Manufacturer") warrants that its truck bodies (the "Product") are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of up to 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the original date of purchase.

The warranty is effective only if the product has been properly registered within 30 days of purchase.

Additionally, NXG Truck Bodies provides a 2-year warranty on the powder coating finish. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty covers the following:

• Material Defects: Any defect in the materials used in the construction of the truck body that prevents it from functioning as intended.
  
  
• Workmanship: Any defect resulting from improper manufacturing processes or factory defects that affect the performance or safety of the product.

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Improper Installation: Damage resulting from improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions.
  
  
• Labor Costs: Any costs associated with labor for installation, repair, or replacement of the truck body or parts.
  
  
• Freight Charges: Shipping or transportation costs for returning the product or defective parts.
  
  
• Abuse or Misuse: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, or alteration of the product.
  
  
• Normal Wear and Tear: Includes damage due to regular use, such as scratches, dents, fading of paint, or other cosmetic issues arising from environmental exposure.
  
  
• Rust or Corrosion: Damage caused by road salt, moisture, corrosive chemicals, or environmental factors, unless explicitly covered in the product description. This exclusion includes damage caused during normal exposure to such materials.
  
  
• Damage During Transit: Damage incurred during shipping or transit, before or after installation, unless caused by defects in material or workmanship.

To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must:

1. Contact NXG Truck Bodies at the provided phone number or email address within 30 days of discovering a defect.
   
   
2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
   
   
3. Submit clear photographs or a detailed description of the defect.
   
   
4. If requested by the NXG Authorized Warranty Representative, return the truck body or defective part to an authorized NXG distributor or service center at the customer’s expense.

Upon receipt and verification of the warranty claim, the Manufacturer will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective product at no charge, or
  
  
• Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished one of equal value.

The Manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.

In no event shall the Manufacturer be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of use
  
  
• Loss of profits
  
  
• Damage to other property or persons arising from the use of the truck body

The Manufacturer is also not responsible for freight or transportation charges for the body to a repair center for repair or replacement.

The warranty will be voided if the truck body has been:

• Physically altered in any way not authorized by the Manufacturer
  
  
• Mishandled or damaged due to improper maintenance or improper usage
  
  
• Not maintained in accordance with the Manufacturer’s guidelines

• Truck Body Warranty: 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the original date of purchase
  
  
• Powder Coating Warranty: 2 years from the original date of purchase

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It cannot be assigned, transferred, or sold to any third party.

This warranty provides specific legal rights to the purchaser. The purchaser may also have additional rights, which vary depending on the state or jurisdiction.

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, and any disputes arising from or relating to this warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Titus County, Texas. The parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum.
