Position Summary |
| NXG Truck Bodies is seeking highly skilled Welders to join our manufacturing team. As the foundation of every NXG truck body, your precision, strength, and craftsmanship will ensure each build meets the highest durability and quality standards in the industry. The ideal candidate has proven MIG welding expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment. | Key Responsibilities |
| • Perform high-quality MIG welding on steel and aluminum components to NXG specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols. • Operate fabrication tools and equipment to prepare and assemble parts. • Inspect welds for accuracy, penetration, and conformance to NXG quality standards. • Collaborate with assembly and fabrication teams to meet production deadlines. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices. |
Qualifications |
| • Proficient in MIG welding processes for steel and aluminum. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols. • Strong attention to detail and quality control. • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. • Self-motivated and team-oriented. • Stick welding experience is a plus. |
