NXG Truck Bodies Featured at the State Fair of Texas
Mount Pleasant, Texas — NXG Truck Bodies made a strong impression at the 2025 State Fair of Texas, marking one of the company’s first major public showcases since its official launch earlier this year.
Attendees got a close look at NXG’s XFD, XSB, and XSD models, each representing the innovation, strength, and craftsmanship that define the next generation of work truck bodies.
A special thanks to Ford Motor Company for featuring an NXG truck body inside its main exhibit and to ABI for displaying NXG products on-site throughout the fair. Their support helped highlight the quality and forward-thinking design behind every NXG build.
The positive response from dealers, fleet managers, and industry professionals reinforced NXG’s mission to raise the bar for commercial truck equipment.

NXG Truck Bodies Celebrates Grand Opening
Mount Pleasant, TX – NXG Truck Bodies proudly hosted the Grand Opening of its new 125,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on August 1st, 2025. The event brought together representatives from U.S. Congressman Nathaniel Moran's office, State Representative Cole Hefner's office, valued customers, trusted vendors, and local community leaders and officials.
The Grand Opening marked a major milestone for the company and highlighted NXG's commitment to reimagining commercial truck body manufacturing. Guests toured the new facility, which features a lean production layout, cutting-edge powder coat systems, and a dedicated technology center focused on product innovation and development of next-generation models.
"This facility isn't just about growth—it's about forging a new path and revolutionizing what truck equipment should be," said Weston Gorman, Director of Marketing at NXG Truck Bodies. Mount Pleasant, TX — NXG Truck Bodies, the new leader in innovation within the truck equipment industry, is proud to announce the appointment of Joe Lewis as President and Partner. With 15 years of experience in the truck equipment industry, Lewis brings extensive expertise in Sales Management, Operations, and Financial Management. He has successfully led sales and operations teams across multiple manufacturing companies, driving impressive growth while excelling in brand management and customer service.
This announcement coincides with the completion of NXG’s new 125,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Mount Pleasant, TX. The facility positions NXG for expansive growth, providing unmatched capacity to service customers across North America. Through its mid-term plans, the company will expand its product lineup to include a full range of steel and aluminum flat deck and service bodies, further solidifying its role as a continental market leader.

Lewis, who holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Louisiana State University, brings a strategic and results-driven approach to the company. He, along with his wife Brittani and their five children, will be residing in the Mount Pleasant, TX area.
NXG’s experienced management team is excited about the future as they collaborate with Lewis to enhance the company’s impact on the truck equipment vertical and expand its capabilities.
